If you paid Priority OR Standard shipping or item was received damaged, you will receive full credit for the item (s) only.** We DO NOT refund original shipping costs. No exceptions.

If returning shoes, they must be returned
in their original box and have no postage adhered to the box. If original box is damaged, a re-boxing fee of 30% will be deducted from your online credit.
