We cannot credit your return back to your credit card or other method of payment used at time of purchase.
**Once a return is accepted, STORE CREDIT will be issued MINUS original postage that was incurred by CRB via Free Shipping to ship to you. If you paid Priority OR Standard shipping or item was received damaged, you will receive full credit for the item (s) only.** We DO NOT refund original shipping costs. No exceptions.
Please be aware if you return an item that does not follow our return policy, that item will not be approved and you will be responsible for getting that item shipped back to you at your cost.
** YOU MAY NOT RETURN: Items purchased during a SALE with or without a promo code. Items marked as Sale/Clearance/Final Sale at time of purchase, Holiday/Seasonal Items Towels, Special Occasion, Basics, All items ending in .99, Cami’s (including extender tops), Bodysuits, Lingerie(Bralettes, etc), Sunglasses, Handbags, Arm/Leg Warmers, Boot Socks, Leggings, Hats, Scarves, Belts, Hair Accessories, and Gift Cards.
Unworn/unaltered merchandise that is also free from makeup, perfume, and/or deodorant marks that meets our return guidelines may be returned for ONLINE CREDIT within 14 DAYS of the day of actual purchase. Items returned after 14 days will NOT be accepted. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. These will not be refunded. are non refundable. If you returned an item PAST this deadline, you will be required to pay a return shipping invoice issued by CRB to receive your item (s) back.
Tags MUST still be attached AND not tampered with.
If returning shoes, they must be returned
in their original box and have no postage adhered to the box. If original box is damaged, a re-boxing fee of 30% will be deducted from your online credit.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please return your item in the most economical shipping method you choose. Be sure to keep a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages.
If the order is returned past the 14 day limit
or does not fit the return guidelines, the
item(s) will be sent back to you for a
standard shipping fee at your cost and you will be responsible for paying return postage via an invoice we will send.
NO Exchanges. Our inventory moves fast, so we
can’t guarantee the item you want to exchange
for will be in stock by the time we receive
your return. Please place a NEW order for an item you want.
Your return will give you store credit for future use AND our initial shipping charges will be deducted from your credit.
Trouble with your order?
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact Closet Runway Boutique within 3 days of receipt. Proof of damaged item must be submitted and then reviewed by our team. NO EXCEPTIONS.
