We cannot credit your return back to your credit card or other method of payment used at time of purchase.

Your return will give you store credit via an e-gift card for future use AND our initial shipping charges (if incurred on our end) will be deducted from your credit.

**Once a return is accepted, STORE CREDIT will be issued MINUS original postage that was incurred by CRB via Free Shipping to ship to you. If you paid Priority OR Standard shipping or item was received damaged, you will receive full credit for the item (s) only.** We DO NOT refund original shipping costs. No exceptions.

Unworn/unaltered merchandise that is also free from makeup, perfume, and/or deodorant marks that meets our return guidelines may be returned for ONLINE CREDIT within 14 DAYS of the day of actual purchase.
