Your return will give you store credit via an e-gift card for future use AND our initial shipping charges (if incurred on our end) will be deducted from your credit.
**Once a return is accepted, STORE CREDIT will be issued MINUS original postage that was incurred by CRB via Free Shipping to ship to you. If you paid Priority OR Standard shipping or item was received damaged, you will receive full credit for the item (s) only.** We DO NOT refund original shipping costs. No exceptions.

in their original box and have no postage adhered to the box. If original box is damaged, a re-boxing fee of 30% will be deducted from your online credit.
